SJH Landscape is a company which specializes in sprinkler system repairs located in Pampa, TX. Our landscape irrigator license number is LI0026899.

We are able to fix just about any issue you are having with your sprinkler system including: locating and repairing/replacing valves, fixing leaks, replacing worn out components, improving effectiveness of the system, and much more!
What To Expect:
If you decide to give us a call or text, you can expect an answer from Seth the owner. He is usually able to answer immediately with calls, and able to reply to text in a timely manner. There are times he is with a customer, covered in mud, etc., so if you do not get an immediate answer via call, please leave a message or send a text, and he will get back to you later that day, or the next morning to avoid calling/texting you late in the evening/night. If it is an emergency, please clarify this in the voicemail/text.
Once you get into contact with him and explain the current issue with your sprinkler system, he will schedule a sprinkler system inspection. Once you are up next on our list, we will send you a text or give you a call the day before to inform you.
On the day of service, you will receive a call/text once we are heading your way.
Once we are there, we will identify the issue, and give you a price and plan from there.
Since you are already paying for a sprinkler system inspection, we will go ahead and run through the entire sprinkler system, identify any other issues we find or improvements which could be made. You will receive a report of these things. We do this to help make sure there are no issues you are unaware of, and inform you of any options that would improve your system. You are most certainly not obligated to move forward with any of these suggestions, but we want to make sure you are informed of these things. It could also save money by avoiding paying another sprinkler system inspection fee, since we are already there.
After receiving your report, you can decide if you want to move forward with any of these repairs or improvements.
If you do decide to move forward with any of these services, we will either take care of it right then and there, or give you a timeframe for when the service could be completed.
If we run into any issues which could change the scope of work that will need to be completed while performing any of these services, we will stop and update you immediately.

Pricing
Our sprinkler system inspection fee is $125, which will include identifying the problem we were originally called out for, and report on the following inspections: controller (connections, debris inside, etc.), rain sensor, system programming, system scheduling, zone operation, leaks, sprinkler heads, nozzles, zone valves (if accessible), backflow preventor (if accessible), spray coverage, drip irrigation, and also includes system improvement recommendations
A large portion of our repairs are able to be priced with base pricing. This means we are able to give a price on the spot once the problem has been identified. A list of our base pricing is shown below. This helps us to better communicate the cost of a job and help prevent unexpected high bills.
However, if the problem happens to be more complicated than a typical repair such as the leak is underneath concrete, the sprinkler system components are larger than the typical residential sprinkler system which would require more labor and more expensive materials to repair, etc., you will be updated immediately before we move forward and given an updated price.
In the rare case we are not able to give you an upfront price, we will charge by time and material. This means you will be charged by the exact amount of time we spend on the job, and the materials required. Again, you will be updated immediately before we move forward.
