You can either fill out the form included below, or give us a call/text at 806-440-7583, and if we do not answer right away, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Once we have touched base with you, we will schedule a consultation. This consultation will be with the owner, Seth, and with our contractor. During this consultation, we will measure your property, take note of your landscape, and get you a firm estimate within one week. We will also answer any questions you may have.
If you decide to move forward with the estimate, we will give you a timeframe of when the service will start, and approximately how long it will take. We will also create a contract for both parties to sign to help ensure the service details are crystal clears for everyone involved.
You will be updated throughout the installation, and have any questions or concerns you may have answered.
Once the installation is completed, we will do a final walkthrough of the entire system, and again answer any questions or concerns you have have.

Pricing
Our sprinkler systems cost on average $1.75 per square foot of turf to be covered, plus an additional $1600 for brand new sprinkler systems (This is for the additional components that will be needed such as controller, rain/freeze sensor, backflow device, etc.)
What does this Include?
Electrical Components
- Rainbird WI-FI controller (mounted indoor or outdoor)
can control sprinkler system on your phone from anywhere with an internet connection
- Rainbird rain/freeze sensor
will automatically shuts off the system when there has been a certain amount of rain and/or it is below a certain temperature. This prevents overwatering and icy walkways
Major System Components
- Isolation shut-off valve
to shut off sprinkler system manually
- Backflow device (and inspection)
This prevents water in the sprinkler system from going back into your home water or into the city water. This device is required by code
- Double stacked boxes to prevent dirt from entering box for isolation shut- off valve, and backflow device and keep accessible
- Rainbird master valve
This is a valve that is close to where the sprinkler system is tied in. If a zone valve fails, or if there is a leak on the main line past this master valve, it will help minimize water loss
- Rainbird zone valves
Pipe
- PVC pipe buried approximately 18”-24” deep
- Automatic drain valves for all lines
Helps prevent lines from freezing and breaking
Sprinkler heads
- Rainbird sprinkler heads (typically 4” heads instead of 2” heads for better coverage)
- MP rotator nozzles (unless otherwise needed for particular scenario)
these nozzles do better in the wind and water more efficiently by putting out less water per minute, which allows it to soak in better
- Flexible risers (to prevent damage from mowers, vehicles, etc.)
